Dear Aaron and Meagan, I have been so saddened to hear of your moms passing. Fond memories of our times together in Fort Saskatchewan during many hockey seasons come back to mind. Watching Aaron play so well and Meagan running around always a smile on her face. You truly were always your moms delight and pride. Wolf and Jason do remember your mom as well. She was always so very kind, good natured and of course her smile was infactuating. May these fond memories be with you today and always. We will be thinking of you during this difficult time . I was saddened to hear Chris lost her battle and has passed away from us. I greatly enjoyed spending time with Chris when she first moved back to Vermilion. Chris worked a few hours a week with me at Kinniburgh Jewellers just before she started with the fire training school. It was always fun to have Megan pop in with her friends just to touch base with her mother. Chris was a very caring and sharing person. I will miss her cheery smile and warm hello.

I just heard about Chris's passing, and I am so very sorry that this happened to such a great person. My memories from Vermilion all those years with Chris and "our group" are very special to me. She was a great friend and even though we lost touch since I last saw her in the Ft. Saskatchewan/Sherwood Park area, I often thought of her and Ray. Chris and I used to laugh and giggle until we could hardly breathe; we had the same wicked sense of humor and we shared great times growing up together. You all have my deepest sympathy and my prayers that all your memories will give you some comfort and strength. God bless.

To: Mr. Murray Millar Mr. Millar please accept my heartfelt sympathy at the loss of your daughter inlaw, Chris. I will always remember her large glowing smile,sparkling eyes and warm spirit. You were truly blessed to have had the privilege of having her as part of your family! I first meet Ray when we were both four or five and lived a few doors apart on Main Street in Vermilion. Ray, Ken and I, along with the other neighborhood kids spent hours playing in the back alley. Later Ray and I spent many hours in the same classrooms, where I was often part of his antics. Neither one of us liked school that much but we were good at getting in trouble. We were both memebers of the Class of 76. Shortly after highschool we both married into the large MacMillan family (I into Sandy's family). Over the years we spent a lot of time at family functions sitting together and remembering our past adventures as we watched the family. The last time I saw Ray we were at another family event and Chris was laughing with her sisters a few tables away. I asked Ray "How did a guy like you manage to get a woman like that?" He answered "I don't know, but I sure did good, didn't I!" You were very lucky to have had her as part of your family. Treasure your memories and I am sure from somewhere she watches over you until you meet again!! Yours truly Tanis Green Kelowna, B.C.
