Grant, Al, Nancy, Anna, Court, Page, Trich, Ron, I will always remember Anne Davis as a very gracious woman. Whenever I had the opportunity to meet her over at Al and Nancy's, I found her to be a pleasant, cordial, respectful, engaging woman who took particular pride in her appearance. My favourite memory of her is listening to her and my son, Quinten, discuss the Queen Mary (the ship) over dinner one evening. She was completely engaged and not only did it make for an extremely entertaining and educational evening for all of us, but it truly gave my son a sense that his opinion was valid and valued in a conversation with an adult. Doing that for a child is a valuable thing and I am forever grateful to her for it.
