Obituary of George Melvin Raun

On Saturday, February 12, 2022 Mr. George Raun of Mannville passed away in the Vermilion Health Centre at the age of 81. George is forever loved and remembered by his Loving Wife of 60 years June Raun of Mannville; Son Darcy (Cindy) Raun of Edmonton; Daughter Lisa (Mike) Hallett of Edmonton; Daughter in-law Karrie Raun of Edmonton; Grandchildren Nikkita, Taylor (fiancé Jaydee), Mackenzie, Cambria and Carter; Brother Don Raun of Edmonton; Sister Connie Currey of Elk Point; As well as his nieces, nephews and extended family. He was predeceased by his Son Cary Raun; Parents Peter and Mary Raun; Brother Cliff (Faye)Raun; Brother in-law; Bill Currey; Sister in-law Glennis Raun. In keeping with George’s wishes cremation has taken place and no formal service will be held. If so desired donations in memory of George may be made to the Alberta Cancer Foundation or charity of donor's choice.
