Obituary of Frances M. Marchand

With deep sadness and heavy hearts we announce the loss of our cherished mother, grandmother and great-grandmother who passed away peacefully on September 23, 2017 at the Wainwright Auxiliary Hospital. She will be sadly missed by her children, Bert (May) Marchand of Two Hills, Alberta, Cairen (Brian) Robinson of Windsor, Ontario, Gwen Marchand of Edmonton, Alberta, Ivan (Lisa) Marchand of Wainwright; her grandchildren, Cynthia, Amanda, Jody, Joshua and Christopher; and her great-grandchildren, Jared, Marshall, Isaac, Cheyanne, Alexis and Mason; as well as many extended relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her parents and siblings, as well as the father of her children and the love of her life. Thank you Mom for all the loving memories through the years. We share them, we smile when we get that warm feeling inside, and we keep your memory alive in our hearts. We are grateful that you are at peace now. A Sincere thank you to the nurses and staff at Points West Living and the Wainwright Hospital for their many years of loving and attendance. A Funeral service for the late Frances Marchand will be conducted on Thursday, September 28, 2017 at 1:30 PM from the Grace United Church, Wainwright with Reverend Pamela Milton officiating. Cremation will take place prior to the service. If so desired the family suggests memorial contributions be made to the Alzheimer's Society.
