Obituary of Robert James Tyler

On Monday, December 17, 2017 Mr. Robert J. Tyler passed away peacefully at Battle River Lodge at the age of 83 years. Bob is lovingly remembered by his son, Murray Tyler of Islay, AB; sisters, Beth Potter of Victoria, BC and Kelly Quinn of Kitscoty, AB; brother in law, Norman Poitras of Dewberry, AB; brother and sister in law, Raymond and Darlene Poitras of Langley, BC; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. He was predeceased by his wife, Fay Tyler; parents, Edwin & Leonora Tyler; brothers, Ted Tyler, and Jack Tyler; and two sisters, Marcella and Pat. A funeral service will be held Saturday, January 27, 2018 at 1:00 p.m. from Creech's Funeral Chapel. Interment to take place at a later date. Cremation has taken place at Creech's Crematorium.
