Obituary of James Robert Rutledge

James Robert Rutledge was born Thursday, November 18, 1948 in Wainwright to Gordon and Margaret Rutledge. At 69 years of age, Jim passed away at the University of Alberta Hospital, Edmonton, Alberta after a brief battle with his health on Wednesday, January 31, 2018. A Funeral Service will be held Wednesday, February 7, 2018, 2:00 p.m. from the Royal Canadian Legion, Wainwright, Alberta. Jim was passionate about hockey: listening to hockey on the radio in his truck, buying a new radio to listen to the games in the warmth and comfort of home, attending his grandsons games and being an all-round advocate therefore, Memorial Donation are gratefully received to Wainwright Minor Hockey Association. And, because of the great care he received, Memorial Donations would be gratefully received to the Mazankowski Alberta Heart Institute. More details will be posted once they become available.
