Obituary of Ellen Betty Anderson

It is with heavy hearts that we share with you the passing of Ellen Anderson. Ellen passed away on Sunday, March 18, 2018 at the Wainwright Hospital just 29 days before she would have celebrated turning 85 years old. Ellen will be lovingly remembered and dearly missed by her 3 children, Edie (Clarence) of Wainwright, Bernice of Cold Lake and Lawrence of Wainwright; four grandchildren, Wendy (Eric), Kevin, Stacy (Leonard), Jason; 6 great grandchildren; Brandon, Briann (Lorne), Nick, Cooper, Tucker and Mya. Ellen will also be remembered and missed by numerous nieces, nephews and many friends. Ellen was predeceased by her husband, Bill who she was married to for 64 years; her parents, Jim and Mildred McNalley; her father in law and mother in law, Knut and Hilda Anderson; as well as her 7 siblings. A Celebration of Ellen's Life will be held March 22, 2018 at 1:00 p.m. at the Grace United Church in Wainwright. Donations in memory of Ellen may be made to the Alberta Cancer Foundation.
