Obituary of Wayne Ronald Perkins

On Monday, October 1, 2018 Mr. Wayne Perkins of Wainwright, Alberta passed away suddenly at his home at the age of 36 years. Wayne is survived by his two loving children, Jessica-Lynn and Wyatt Richard Perkins; Melinda Perkins of Wainwright; his mother, Judy (Pieter) Van Otterloo of Drumheller, Alberta; paternal grandmother, Lillian Perkins of Wainwright; three sisters, Theresa (Terry Hall) Perkins of Stettler, Alberta, Leslie (Steven Bamber) Perkins of Fallis, Alberta, Jaylene (Ryan Quilinan) Perkins of Edmonton, Alberta; step-brother, Peter (Chantalle) Van Otterloo of Three Hills, Alberta; step sister, Tanya Van Otterloo of Beiseker, Alberta; numerous nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his father, Ronald; paternal grandfather, John Perkins; maternal grandparents, Ken and Margaret Challenger. A Funeral service for the late Wayne Perkins will be conducted on Tuesday, October 9, 2018 at 1:00 PM from the Royal Canadian Legion, Wainwright. If so desired the family suggests memorial contributions be made to Canadian Mental Health Association Edmonton Division or to the Canadian Association for Suicide Prevention.
