Obituary of Verna Grace Presley

On Thursday, January 3, 2019, Mrs Verna Presley of Lloydminster passed away at the Lloydminster Hospital at the age of 92 years. Verna is loved and remembered by Her children; Marilyn (Tom) Hougham of Lloydminster, Diane Orbeck of Lloydminster, Karen Gartner of Edmonton, Ronda (Bill) Cooke of Laurier Lake, Kevin (Bonnie) Presley of Lloydminster and Darwin (Bev) Presley of Brooks; grandchildren: Heather (Kirk) Thompson, Brad Hougham, Bob (Donna) Orbeck, Darrin (Jackie) Orbeck, Curt (Allison) Orbeck, Tracy Gartner (Tommy), Tamara Gartner (Michelle), Travis (Charity) Cooke, Carrie (Tyler) Kramer, Kristin Presley, Kim (Colin) Clarke, Cole Presley (Lexi), Breanna Presley and Jenna Presley, 22 great grandchildren and 3 great great grandchildren; her brother Gale (Louise) Gerbig of Lloydminster, Sister Gloria Long of Lethbridge; brothers-in-law Gordon Donald of Maidstone and Lorne Foster of Parksville, BC as well as numerous nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband Percy, sisters Eleanor Donald and Betty Foster; brother-in-law Norman Long; and son- in-law Greg Gartner. In keeping with Verna’s wishes cremation has taken place a service will be held at a later date.
