Obituary of Cheryl E. King

It is with the heaviest of hearts that the family announces the death of their dear Mom, sister and friend; Cheryl Elizabeth King passed away while in PWL Hospice, Grande Prairie, Alberta at 67 years of age. With incredible courage and beautiful acceptance, she is now reunited with her parents, Reg and Fern King, and others who have passed before her. Cheryl will forever be remembered and tremendously loved by her daughter, Fern; sisters, Rebecca King, Terry (Richard) Yaceyko, Jocelyn (Lorne "Butch") LaRocque; brother, Phillip King; as well as many nieces, nephews, friends, and neighbors. Many of you will know by now that our dear friend Cheryl King died a few days ago. All of us who knew and loved Cheryl are mourning her loss. And each of us is deeply grateful for the years we’ve had of her friendship, her guidance, her wise counsel, and her love. We will be gathering to honour Cheryl April 22.
