Obituary of Irene Harriett Nelson
On Friday, August 16, 2013 Mrs. Irene Nelson passed away at the Peter Lougheed Hospital in Calgary, Alberta at the age of 90 years. Irene is lovingly remembered by her husband of 69 years, Emil of Innisfail; two sons, Larry (Sandy) Nelson of Innisfail, AB, Mervin (Marjorie) Nelson of Calgary; two granddaughters, Ashley Nelson of Innisfail, Kerilee (Jamie) Thibodeau of Comox, BC; one brother, Winton (Jean) Wangsness of Brooks; one brother-in-law Bruce Jewett. She was predeceased by her parents Joe and Ann Wangsness, brother Walter Wangsness, brother and sister-in-law Carl and Bernice Wangsness; sister Alice Jewett as well as one grandson, Brett, in 1986.
