Obituary of William Anderson

On Saturday, November 09, 2013 Mr. William Anderson passed away at the Wainwright Long Term Care Hospital one day before he would have celebrated turning 89. Bill is lovingly remembered by his wife of 64 years, Ellen; children Edie (Clarence) of Wainwright, Bernice (Blaine) of Cold Lake, Lawrence of Wainwright; four grandchildren, Wendy (Dan), Kevin, Stacy (Leonard), Jason; 6 great grandchildren; Brandon, Briann, Nick, Cooper, Tucker and Mya; his sister Dorothy of Wainwright ; as well as many cousins, nieces and nephews. Bill was predeceased by his parents Knut and Hilda; brothers Lloyd, Palmer, Glenn, Gordon, Ken and sister Madeline A Funeral Service for Bill will be held at Grace United Church, Wainwright on Tuesday, November 12, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. with Reverend Anne McGrath officiating. Interment will follow in the Wainwright Cemetery. Donations in memory of Bill may be made to the Stollery Children’s Hospital or the Salvation Army.
