Marguerite, and Family,
We have many great memories of John. I think it was his smile which first attracted us to him. And how he loved to visit....and sing! (And we enjoyed hearing him sing those beautiful old hymns!)
We are never quite prepared to say "Good-Bye" to our loved ones, are we? May God bless the many great memories you have of John. Our love, Betty & Frank Moon (The Resort)

Dearest Margeurite and family,
John was our home teacher at "The Resort" in AZ for 3 months. He never missed and was always the one to include us in pickle ball or tennis, even though we were the newcomers. He made everyone feel welcome and had the patience of Job as he kept repeating the rules for pickle ball. He never got angry or perturbed, even if is was the same question...time after time. He always got my dad, Dan at 92, to keep coming out to play.
I loved how he watched after you Margeurite. He was so tender and gracious about your condition but you never knew he was hurting too.
He shall be missed but has raised the bar for us all to try to match him. His is an eternal light for us.
"thy faith hath made thee whole"....Dana and Don Gull

I will always remember Mr. Webb as my 'best friend's Dad'. He was a lovely man, quiet, gentle and soft spoken but always with a great sense of fun. I loved to watch him and Mrs. Webb dance together. The world was a nicer place with him in it, and diminished without him. Love and condolences to all the Webb family.

My heart goes out to your family at this time. I have many memories from both being a young girl (Fred Luchyks daughter) and then the years as Faye Kibblewhite. John left so many good memories with us all--his always smiling face and a voice that calmed and cheered us all. The John that I remember was a most Dear Sweet Soul-
Can't help but think perhaps John and my Dad (passed 51 yrs) are talking trucks and now my Mom (passed May 24-2014) can make them a coffee/tea and feed them all..
With Care

Dear Marguerite and family,
We were sad to learn of John's passing. We loved seeing both of you every winter. John will be greatly missed by many. You both were an example to me and my family of how we want to live our lives and we will be forever grateful for knowing you. Jason and I would often talk of how we wanted to be just like you when we "grow up". Thank you for being the wonderful people you are and know that there are many here in Mesa thinking of you and wishing we could give you a great big hug.
Sara and Jason Mathews
