Obituary of Herb Spicer

On Friday, July 4, 2014 Mr. Herbert Ivan Spicer passed away at the Vermilion Healthcare Complex in Vermilion, Alberta at the age of 86 years. Herb is lovingly remembered by his beloved companion Dora Fitzpatrick; children: Wendy Spicer of Lloydminster, Ron Spicer of Vermilion, and Rhea (Brent) Maxwell of Lloydminster; Grandchildren Kevin (Tammy) Doull, Eric Spicer (Bailey), Matthew Spicer (Kim), Lyndon Spicer (Jolene), Brenden Maxwell and Colby Maxwell; Great Grandchildren: Alyssa, Greyson, Alex and Kaylin and his extended Family Myrna Fitzpatrick (Carey), Lyle Fitzpatrick (Donna), Kathy (Marty), Elaine, Terry (Greg) Meiklejohn And all of their children; special friends Larry & Terry Bensmiller of Dewberry and Graham & Pat Hansen of Camrose. Herb was predeceased by his wife Dorothy an sisters Ariel and Iona. A Funeral Service for Herb will be held on Wednesday, July 9, 2014 at the Dewberry Community Hall at 2:00 p.m. with Pastor Brian Stiles officiating. Interment will follow in the Dewberry Cemetery.
