Obituary of Gordon Lorence Fletcher

On Sunday, July 20, 2014 Mr. Gordie Fletcher of Wainwright, Alberta passed away at the Wainwright Health Centre at the age of 67 years. He is survived by his loving wife, Linda; three children, Mark (Rebecca) Fletcher of Wainwright, Lora (Josh) Fletcher-Wilson of Eatonia, Saskatchewan, Jason (Dayna) Fletcher of Wainwright; seven grandchildren, Hannah Fletcher, Courtney Fletcher, Carson Fletcher, Denim Fletcher, Rianna Fletcher, Cade Wilson, Whitney Fletcher; his mother, Elsie Fletcher of Wainwright; his mother-in-law, Jordy Ganderton of Wainwright; two brothers, Mel Fletcher of Wainwright, Roger (Lynn) Fletcher of Wainwright. He was predeceased by his father, Cecil Fletcher. A Funeral Service for the late Gordie Fletcher will be conducted on Thursday, July 24, 2014 at 3:00 PM from the Grace United Church, Wainwright. Interment will follow in the Wainwright Cemetery. If so desired the family suggests memorial contributions be made to the Wainwright Hospital Foundation Palliative Care, STARS or the Leukemia Society.
