Obituary of Raymond Stanley Patterson

On Tuesday, September 2, 2014 Mr. Ray Patterson of Wainwright, Alberta passed away at the Wainwright Long Term Care Centre at the age of 80 years. Ray is survived by his loving wife, Billie-Jean; three children, Patricia (Robert) Carey of Wainwright. Dodie (Brian) Gilbertson of Hughenden, Alberta, Michael Patterson of Wainwright; nine grandchildren; fourteen great grandchildren; his brothers and sisters, Ralph (Muriel) Patterson, Doris (Allen) Speed, Verna Hughes, Audrey (Harry) Hissett, Vic (Velda) Patterson, Lorna Klauer; his brother-in-law, Jim McNary; numerous nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his sister, Evelyn McNary. A Private funeral service will be held for Ray from Creech’s Funeral Home, Wainwright. Everyone is invited to meet the family for a social gathering on Monday, September 8, 2014 at 2:00 PM at the Grace United Church, Wainwright.
