Obituary of Evelyn Christina Marchand

On Monday, march 2, 2015 Mrs. Evelyn "Evy" Marchand of Wainwright, Alberta passed away at the Wainwright Auxiliary Hospital at the age of 93 years. Evy is survived by her loving family; four children, Betty Roadhouse of Wainwright, Kathleen (Dave) Dalby of Smoky Lake, Alberta, Don (Norma) Coleman of Wainwright, Richard (Joyce) Coleman of Lashburn, Saskatchewan; thirteen grandchildren; her step children and their families, Edna (Orly), Earl (Carol) Nent, Culber Nent, Bob (Judy) Marchand, Fred (Barb) Marchand, Tony (Mariann) Marchand; her siblings, Doris (Alfred) Peterson, Sam (Joyce) Eeles, Art (Margie) Eeles, Lois (Clair) Lund; Sister-in-law, Avis Eeles; special nieces, Bill (Margaret) Leigh, Marianne (Gerry) Flynn, Joyce (Cecil) Furlotte. She was predeceased by her first husband, George Coleman; second husband, Theodore Nent; third husband, Ernest Marchand; a baby girl, Mary; step-daughter, Marjorie Nent; six siblings. A Funeral service for the late Mrs. Evy Marchand will be conducted on Friday, March 20, 2015 at 2:00 PM from the Prairie Rose Center, Wainwright with Doug Lindskoog officiating. Interment will take place at the Lakeview Cemetery, Hughenden, Alberta at 11:00 AM. If so desired the family suggests memorial contributions be made to the Wainwright Auxiliary Hospital Patient Comfort Fund.
