Obituary of Arnhild Thordis Bethune

On Thursday, May 19, 2016 Mrs. Arnhild "Arnie" Bethune of Wainwright, Alberta passed away at the Wainwright General Hospital at the age of 83 years. Arnie is survived by her loving family; her four daughters, Marilyn (Ervin) Ermantrout of Wainwright, Valerie (Lachlan) Gilchrist of Summerland, British Columbia, Colleen (Fred) Stamper of Morinville, Alberta, Shelley Lalande of Wainwright; five grandchildren; nine great grandchildren; five great great grandchildren; two brothers, Gunnar (Margaret) Pederson, Stan (Verlene) Pederson; two sisters, Vera (Lyle) Cuthbert, Phyllis (Dan) Lefsrud. She was predeceased by her husband, Allan. A Celebration of life for the late Arnie Bethune will be conducted on Wednesday, May 25, 2016 at 2:00 PM at the Church of the Nazarene, Wainwright with Pastors Ron and Elaine Hobden officiating. Interment will follow in the Wainwright Cemetery. If so desired the family suggests memorial contributions be made to the Alberta Cancer Foundation.
