Donna Giggs: I was so saddened to hear of your mom's death. I have been away since mid May and only learned of her passing yesterday. My husband, Wayne and I always enjoyed speaking with Donna and she always had a bright, cheery smile and some interesting conversation. Perhaps she and Wayne are having an overdue chat, right now. :-) When she was at the legion, she was always a bright spot, and made great food! Yummy! She was also a great support and help to me when Wayne needed more assistance with a wheelchair. I greatly appreciated her help and, most important, her positive attitude. I am glad I told her. Rob Jardine, Derek Jardine, Donna Desloges, Chris Jardine: My condolences to her entire family. I knew Donna well when we were in in Heidelberg, Germany from 1982 - 1987. A beautiful woman with a big heart who knew how to have fun and keep all those around her, smiling. She will be missed by all who knew her.

So sorry to hear of Donna's passing. I used to babysit for Donna and Jay in germany for almost 5 years. My fondest memory is that Donna was always laughing, I never saw her in anything but a happy mood. My condolences to her family. Donna Desloges

I am saddened to hear of the loss of one of my school friends. She was six days older than me so I have never not known Donna. Soft spoken, gentle and kind manner were the traits she was so well known for. I remember fondly the year 5 of us girls, Donna included, were turning 50 and how we had a blast going back to our home town. Fun memories to cherish. I send my warmest wishes to Donna's children, grandchild and her siblings at this very sad time. RIP Donna.

I have lots of fond memories of Donna. We were friends from day 1. She was only 1 day older than me. We went to school together...riding the school bus everyday. We did lots of community things together with all our other friends in the North End Community. I was glad to meet up with her again after she returned to Canada. Even though we did not see each other often, when we did it was no effort to carry on where we had left off. Donna was one of the kindest, gentlest people I have ever known. I am sad to hear of her passing...much too young. My heart is with all of her family at this time. Linda
