June was born on August 18th, 1947 in Drumheller, Alberta, to her parents, Clayton & Marjorie Colter. June enjoyed her hobby gardening, coaxing her plants to bloom with her famously green thumb, and even loved mowing the lawn! She adored, and was adored by her many pets, beginning with her pet chicken that she tucked in to her grandmother’s bed when she was only 2 years old! But most of all, she loved nothing more than being together and building special memories with family and friends.
