Obituary of Dorrit Coburn

On Friday, October 14, 2022 Mrs. Dorrit Coburn of Vermilion passed away at the Mannville Care Home at the age of 95 years.

Dorrit will always be remembered and loved by her children: Karen Waltz of Vermilion, Linda (Lucas) Piskunowicz of Stony Plain, Murray (Katherine) Coburn of Vermilion, Brenda (Gerry) Wenckowski of Edmonton, Candice (Bob) Enjeneski of Edmonton, Lori Coburn of Edmonton and Lexie (Ron) Pierce of St Albert; grandchildren: Troy Waltz, Trent Waltz, Kelly Waltz, Daine Piskunowicz, Craig Piskunowicz, Blair Coburn, Brett Coburn, Kyle Wenckowski, Paul Wenckowski, Lindsay Enjeneski, Sheena Riener, Nathan Boaden, Chalsi Boaden, Melissa Pierce, Megan Pierce and 23 great grandchildren; brother Robert Nelson (Carol) of Vermilion; sister Evelyn Smythe of Calgary as well as numerous nieces and nephews

She was predeceased by her husband Howard in 2002; daughter Anita Coburn; parents Thorvald “Tom” and Margit Nelson; twin brother Eric (Jean) Nelson and brother John (Shirley) Nelson; sisters Esther (Vincent) Phillippe and Margaret Patterson and son-in-law Marvin Waltz.

A Funeral Service for Dorrit will held at First United Church, Vermilion on Friday, October 21, 2022 at 2:00 p.m.
