Obituary of Paul Joseph Chanasyk

Paul Joseph Chanasyk passed away on December 9, 2017 in Vegreville at the age of 91 years.  He will be remembered by his daughter Darlene (Larry) Jackson sister Lena Roscoe; sisters in-law Katie Chanasyk and Bernice Chanasyk as well as numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. He was predeceased by his wife Mary Chanasyk (nee Wysocki); parents Joseph and Tillie; sisters Rosie (John) Fedechko, Annie (Peter) Kiziak, Katie (Dan) Misick, Sophie (Mike) Kitt, Mildred (Bill) Czajkowski and Olga (John) Zaharko brothers Peter (Nancy), Mike, Bill and Steve; and brother in-law John Roscoe. Divine Liturgy and Funeral Service will be held at the Holy Spirit Ukrainian Catholic Church, Derwent on Saturday, December 16, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. Viewing will be one hour prior to service. Interment will follow service at Ascension Cemetery. Memorial Donations may be made to charity of the donor's choice.
