Obituary of Dale Alexander MacDougall

Dr. Dale Alexander MacDougall, passed away on September 22, 2017 in Vermilion at the age of 50 years. He will be lovingly remembered by his children Liam, Jack, Alexandra and Colt MacDougall; mother Helen Reay-Rama of Hanover; sister Wendy MacDougall of Kitchener; nephews Dane MacDougall and Thor MacDougall; as well as his aunts, uncles and cousins. He was predeceased by his father Jack MacDougall. Dale was very generous, compassionate and caring and he will be missed by his family, clients and many friends. Dale attended the University of Guelph and the University of Prince Edward Island and he was a graduate of the Ontario Veterinary College. Dale practiced as a veterinarian in Markdale, Ontario, Grand Prairie and Vermilion, Alberta. Dale will be transferred to the care of McCulloch-Watson Funeral Home Ltd., located in Durham (West Grey), Ontario. Friends may call at the McCulloch-Watson Funeral Home, Durham on Saturday, September 30th from 12 12:45 p.m., followed by a service celebrating Dale's life at 1 p.m. Cremation to follow. Memorial donations may be made to the Alberta SPCA or charity of one's choice.
