Obituary of Lillian Margaret Dehod

It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Lillian Margaret Dehod, peacefully surrounded by her family on Monday, May 15, 2017 at the age of 76 years. Lillian will be lovingly remembered by her husband, Bill of 55 years her three sons Don, Dean (Lisa), and David four grandchildren, Kyle, Kayla, Nick, and Alex one great-granddaughter, Mia her sister Olga (Harry) Papuha brothers Harry (Marcia) Jacula and Don (Janice) Jacula; as well as many other family members and friends. Lillian grew up on a farm in the Fidelity area which is north of Vermilion, AB. She married and moved to Edmonton where she raised a family and worked as a concrete finisher in the family business. She enjoyed bowling, fishing, playing cards, and puzzle making. She was devoted to her church and always was willing to lend a helping hand when needed. She was a dedicated wife, mother, sister, and mother-in-law and she especially found her greatest joy spending time with her children, grandchildren and great-granddaughter. A private family service will be taking place on a later date. Memorial donations may be made to a charity of one's choice.
