Obituary of Verna Eileen Hanna

Verna Hanna passed away Friday, April 7, 2017 in Viking, Alberta at the age of 84 years. She will be lovingly remembered her children Cliff (Nicola) Hanna, Larry (Dorothy) Hanna, Angela Bazuta, Carol (Fred) Ackerman, and John Hanna; siblings Roland (Rose)Buchanan and Kay (Bill) Kutney; brother in-law John (Nellie) Hanna; sister in-law Margaret Pirie and Helen Buchanan; 14 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren as well as numerous nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her loving husband Jim Hanna; infant daughter Grace; parents David and Kate Buchanan; and numerous brothers and sisters. A Graveside Service will be held at the Islay Cemetery on Tuesday, April 18, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. Memorial Donations may be made to your charity of choice.
